Today on the show we take a quick look at the Zune HD and the lack of features that’ll make it a hit. Also, Psystar is filing for bankruptcy, to no-one’s surprise. It’s kind of sad though, since that’s the first company we ever talked about here on Techspank. Also, Carol Bartz thought dropping the f-bomb would make her cool while at a conference yesterday – and it did. Also, we take a look at a simple solution to the global warming problem and a computer that’ll take on real live contestants on Jeopardy! (did you know that the “!” is part of the title? I’m sorry, but I’ve never understood the appeal of the ipod. The ipod touch is pretty slick, and until now it’s been the slickest looking touch screen portable media player thingy, but the new zune has it beat hands down.

lulz, I owned a ipod, then i tried a zune, ipod has better hardwere, zune’s marketplace smashes itunes however. The Zune HD comes with an OLED screen witch is a first, also with mulit touch screen. that alone makes it better than a touch in my opinon. OLED’s are more power effecient and have a 1,000,000 to 1 contrast ratio. I wonder how much longer people will walk around thinking that there s dont smell becuase the have an inferior product (IPOD).

zune will never …
zune will never take over ipods. but i gotta say zunes are better than ipods even though I own an IPod.
Some gamers might buy the Zune HD because of the xbox intergration though, that’s probably the main reason they making it.
