I have a 30GB zune. I use it only for music. Tried out the video and photo features and they work fine, but no real use for it for me.

The interface is nice, latest zune software is much better than the older version, although both the software and the zune device do crash/freeze/lock up from time to time.

My zune has fallen many times while jogging – seems to handle that fine.

I have no complains about the music selection available on zune marketplace. Don't know about video selection.

Hope this helps

  3. Since confused has no real use for the video part, lol, I'll talk a little bit about it.

I bought my Zune 30 just for the video part. The only downside of the Zune for me is I can't organize my videos into play lists like I can the music. I like the display. Quality videos show up real well.

Almost all the problems I've experienced with videos on my Zune are related to the software use to convert them and not to the Zune itself.
