the zune doesn’t … the zune doesn’t suck. its GUI is awesome
I would definately get it if Apple didnt have such an awesome app store.
Microsoft might make more apps after i get my zune, so it will be worth it.
Looks pretty cool. … Looks pretty cool. If iPod diddnt have a large app store I would be interested in buying this. I don’t own any handheld device so im going to wait it out and see what microsoft does.
I agree, kind of, … I agree, kind of, peaople tend to get iPods, why? cause its a niche, anyhow, ZuneHD is a nice device, people who say it sucks are stupid, and they know it doesnt, they just cant face that Microsoft developed such a lovely device. Getting mine on monday
Lol, all these … Lol, all these arguments… Honestly, I think they’re both the same, except HD have HD radio and Ipod Touch’s screen is bigger. So all in all, I HIGHLY doubt there’s THAT much difference, so why are you guys arguing? O_o
it doesnt need a … it doesnt need a speaker, we have these things called headphones,it is thinner, the camera on the ipod is in a terrible position, and who the wants a pedometer on music device!
I think the … I think the arguements come down to the PC MAC rivalry… I think I’m going to get a Zune I quite like the GUI they really are very similar I’m not keen on Itunes though and applications are really not that important to me I’m sure there will be just as trivial ones on the zune eventually ha
holy it has a … holy it has a pedometer?!? whoa! like i cant get one of those for 2 cents. it has a camera and video recorder also?!? wow my phone already has them but that’s awesome!! and its thinner?!? yeah by a whole .02 inches!! and it has speakers!! wow screw the hd radio the High def out the oled screen the processor the GUI the amazing price the Zune pass and the over all sexiness of the Zune HD im gonna get an Ipod Touch!
first off no one … first off no one really cares which one is thinner and the NEW iPod has a camera/ video and a pedometer? wow you just made yourself seem stupid
This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
I was very encouraged to find this site. I wanted to thank you for this special read. I definitely savored every little bit of it and I have you bookmarked to check out new stuff you post
