I just bought a blu-ray copy of Up and the digital copy says it can be downloaded into itunes and/or windows media player, its already formatted in WMV but it cant let me add the item in my video collection on my zune.
Please state your answers below if you know how, thanks.
i think the problem is most likely the codecs of your wmv files don’t competible your ZUNE.
it’s a popular problem appears at ZUNE,especially when you take care of high defi video like Blu-ray copy.
here is some sugesstion:
1) using video to zune converter with wmv8 codec and wma audio codec, like iSharesoft Video to Zune Converter, to handle your video.
2) Video size
i) 4:3 – video scale size: 320×240 Aspect 4:3
ii) 19:9 – video scale size: check more, type in 320×180, Aspect: 16:9
3) Frame rate: When you drag your divx videos into super(c), the file will show up on the bottom. Double click to find out its frame rate, the use the original videos frame rate as your wmv file’s frame rate.
4) Bit rate: Choose from 1008-1488 for zune 30, 1088-2976 for zune 80.
5) Options: Check high quality, check 48K Audio
6) Audio sampling frequency: 48000khz
7) Channels: 2
Bitrate kbps: 192
Besides, if it still doesn’t work,try to convert it to mp4.

I ran into the same problem. The issue is that Disney uses PlaysForSure DRM, and the Zune doesn’t support that DRM. (Let’s just ignore the fact that PlaysForSure is a Microsoft DRM brand and as such this lack-of-feature for Zune makes NO SENSE.) It sucks. I’m googling around for a way to rip my way past the DRM now.
