The Zune is currently mainly available in the US. Sure the US is a big market but I haven’t been able to buy one in Australia (where I live), UK or NZ and have since bought an ipod touch as….well i couldnt wait as my old device broke.

.2″inch is a way BIGGER screen but OLED kicks the crap out of the lcd screen even if its a lesser resolution and buy the way ipod touch 3G does not include the 8GB touch so dont get scammed by apple buy the 2G 8GB.
Iphone 3GS=600MHz 1 ARM Cortex core
Itouch3G=532MHz 1 Cortex core future update can make it 600MHz but lowers batt. life.
Zune HD=600MHz has 8 processors(out of the 8, 2 of them are ARM cores) but not confirmed yet.
