I’m planning on purchasing a 16 gb Zune HD, and on the website you get to put wording to be printed on it’s back, but are you able to do that in a store like best buy?
I usually buy my things there, and was just wondering so I wouldn’t have to order it.
No, because it is done by a special machine. Also, I would advise you not to get it engraved, because it looses value, and if you want to sell it in the future, it is harder to sell for the price you would want.

no engraving is usually only done when you perchase them offline
